  • How do we get a quote?
    You are able to get a quote in two ways, either by visiting our quote page on the site and completing the quotation request form or by phoning us on the numbers below.


  • Do we guarantee response times?
    In today's ever growing traffic congestion it would be wrong of us to guarantee response times, however in order to minimize the amount of time taken to respond to your alarm activation we restrict our operational areas to those specified in our areas of coverage.


  • How long is the contract?
    Our normal period of contract is twelve months.

  • How do we pay?
    We would prefer to collect your cheque for the first year of cover when our surveyor carries out the survey prior to commencing the service.


  • How much notice do we need to give to terminate a contract?
    We require three months notice of your intention to terminate a contract.


  • How do we renew the contract after the first year?
    We will automatically contact you prior to the renewal of the contract.


  • Can we arrange short-term contracts?
    Yes we can, let us know what it is that you need.


  • We are happy with the quote, how do we proceed?
    We include within our quotations a list of the information we need you to collect prior to our surveyor visiting. When you have the majority of these items assembled, call us to make a an appointment for our surveyor and he will collect it all when he calls.


  • What do we tell our alarm company?
    Once we have completed the survey and agreed the start date with the surveyor, we will ask you to write to your alarm company (a fax letter will be sufficient) and instruct them as from the time and date agreed, we are your No1 Keyholder.


  • How many sets of keys are needed?
    We only require one set of keys, which must allow us to access your property, we would ask that you test any keys you give us on all doors.


  • Can we arrange emergency repairs; such as boarding up if it is necessary following an alarm activation?
    Yes, either via our own contacts, or if you wish we will contact any company or tradesman of your choice, we will ask you for your preference when we conduct the survey.


  • Do you contact our staff outside of office hours?
    No, not normally, however sometimes we have to, dependent upon what we might find when we attend your property.
